Les parents sont pour nous des partenaires très importants pour réussir à créer un sentiment de sécurité et de bien-être de leur enfant à la crèche. Ils font partie intégrante du travail pédagogique et du projet éducatif qui concerne leur enfant.

Les parents sont invités à échanger avec l’équipe pédagogique lors de réunions individuelles qui concernent leur enfant. Ils peuvent aussi solliciter une réunion d’équipe lorsqu’ils en ressentent le besoin.
Nous veillons à les soutenir dans leur rôle de parents, à écouter leurs inquiétudes et appréhensions qu’ils éprouvent quand ils nous confient leur enfant pour la première fois, à les sécuriser pour qu’ils puissent à leur tour rassurer l'enfant et se sentir gratifiés dans leur rôle de parents.

Parents are key partners for us in building a successful sense of security and well-being for their child at the nursery. They are an integral part of the teaching work and approach which their child experiences.

Parents are invited to discuss all issues with the teaching team during one-to-one meetings about their child. They may also request a meeting with the full team where they deem it necessary.

We will strive to support them in their role as parents, to listen to the concerns and misgivings they experience the first time they entrust us with their child, to reassure them so that they can in turn reassure their child and feel rewarded in their role as parents.
